Registration

Individuals or teams of not more than 5 members are welcome to take part in the competition.

Due to overwhelming response, you will be notified within a week after the registration and extended abstract submission.

This is  a virtual innovation competition. The participants are not required to attend the competition and showcase their product in front of the judges on-site. Instead, the participants need to create and submit a 3-5 minutes video presentation of their product to convince the judges.

The award ceremony announcement is held via an online platform. Medal and payment receipt will be mailed to your mailing address while the e-Certificate will be emailed.

The result will be announced through INNOVEX2024 YouTube Channel on the 15th October 2024. The results will also be displayed on our website after the result announcement.

Certificate

Only one (1) medal will be awarded for each group.

The medal and receipt will be posted within 1 month from the date of result announcement (15th October 2024).

Yes, an e-certificate will be emailed within 1 week after the event ends.

Yes, with additional charges. Please fill up the form provided in the website on 15th October 2024 and send it back to us together with the proof of payment. Please submit your request before 20th October 2024 (11:59 pm).

The cost for additional medals is RM55 for all types of medals (postage cost included).

The participants are required to upload the video presentation using the link provided in the website.

Your video will only be used for the purpose of participation and judging processes in the competition. It will not be handed to any third parties.
