 Registration

Please fill in the form and the secretariat will send you an email of acceptance. In the acceptance letter, you will be given a project ID. You will be given a link for you to submit your YouTube link and proof of payment.

Video Presentation Guidelines

1. Presentation can be either in English or Malay.

​2. The video should not be more than 5 minutes in length.

​3. These details must be included in the video presentation:

  • Project title & ID number
  • Names of team leader and members
  • Institutional name & logo
  • Objective(s), problem statements, description about your product/design/idea

4. Video Settings:

Video must be uploaded in the YouTube channel. Please set the privacy setting to ‘UNLISTED’ if you want to restrict the audience to those who have the link only.

 Must be uploaded as one single file with high definition (HD)

  • Duration: Maximum of 5 minutes

5. Participants are required to submit the link of the video presentation.

6. Deadline for video submission: 30th September 2024
